When you pour your heart and soul into running a small exotic plant nursery in the middle of Brooklyn, you tend to get used to long hours and lonely nights. It wouldn’t be so bad if the shop was at least successful, but things weren’t looking good. My last chance of turning things around was to try and bring in a new plant, something no one had ever seen before.
